Topic: You receive errors when trying to access web content and features.
Be sure you are you connected to the internet? If not, connect to the internet and try again.
Do you have Java support installed and enabled on your computer? If not, you can download the Java support from: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Is your internet security or firewall blocking access to the software? Try turning off your firewall and security. If this solves your problem, then configure your firewall or security to allow access.

Topic: You receive an error message when accessing features in the software.
You have not installed the MS Access Runtime in step one of the installation. You must reinstall the software and be sure to click on the words "Do It Now!" during each step.
You have changed the default installation location of the of the software. You must reinstall the software.

MS Access Runtime - Not Installing
|
Topic: MS Access Runtime is not installing.
Due to a bug in some Microsoft office products including MS Access, The installation of the MS Access Runtime program may abort.
To resolve this issue you must temporarily uninstall the full version of MS Access. Install MS Access Runtime, and then reinstall your full version of MS Access if desired.
MS Access Runtime must be installed on the C Drive in the default path. If you have other MS Office products installed on a different hard drive, MS Access will try and install on the same drive.
To resolve this, during the MS Access Runtime installation select the custom installation option and be sure it is installing on your C: Drive and continue.

Problem Installing Software

Topic: You are having problems installing the software.
During each step of the installation process, you must click on the words "Do It Now" to complete that step. Then click on the "Next Step" option after that process is completed. Then click on the "Next Step" option after that process is completted.
